if you want a place to get a burger with no meat? This is the place to go. In fact, not only did we get a hamburger with no beef patty, we got hair instead. Restaurant #16609444 in Taunton, MA. They wouldn’t even talk to us when we tried to get it corrected. Complete bs. Sounds like corporate is failing. Quality is going down fast.
Ladies bathroom is dirty! Receipts from 2 days ago left behind are proof they don't clean daily.
All four trash cans in the restaurant overflowing with trash, water all over the floor in the ladies room and near the soda machines. Even after notifying employees of the trash situation, they failed to address it. Will do my best to avoid this location going forward .
They do open at 9 a.m. but do not serve breakfast. This restaurant is the only fast food restaurant on Bay St. It would be doing must better if they added more staff in the fast food line. It is very slow. I have visited numerous Wendy's but this is the slowest. A clean family friendly restaurant it could double it's income with a few changes. People do not want to spend 20 minutes in line for a burger and fries.
Tbis is the slowest wendys on the planet. Garbage is always over flowing. People juat started throwing their trash all over the floor because the garbage was so full. I waited 20 mins for two chicken sanwhiches.
