Don't think I'll be back and if I do, I will not have the same waitress. I felt insulted and ignored by her.

Got seated fairly quick. Server came over with waters right away and took drink order. Food was great. Service was excellent
Dismal failure of what it once was. Used to look forward to partaking there. I was a party of 1. Told hostess I did not wish to dine @ the bar as it was loud this eve. She said "ok have a seat tho if u want a cocktail & I'll call u for a table in 15-20 mins, likely less." Sat for @ least 25 mins...before I had to inquire re the delay. "Oh" she said... "I thought you just were staying there" A dubious lie @ best. Seated me & ordered Prime Rib by 8.19pm...only to be told "we're out". A lame excuse was given. I was " pushed" towards a "Royal Sirloin" an old restaurant trick when meat is over aged or too much in stock. But I wanted to have somthing of comparable quality. BIG MISTAKE...! Cooked to rare as ordered, but tasteless & tough...! Lot's of salt & pepper could not rescue it. For desert I wanted 1of each of the two petites .. Again i was told we're out of one. The one they did have was "so-so" but not as bad as the Sirloin. Told my waiter Jonathan he should speak to manager about having to disappoint customers soo many ways. He said "I know.. I'm sorry & I already did." I told him not his fault... but he's part of a team making it hard to get good tips like this. I tipped him $10 on a $28 tab. He knew of what I spoke, and vowed to try to resolve such unecessary issues. But I won't be back. And winked @ the manager on my way out.
It's good food. Bar and grill chain. Have been in before and had a great experience, but this time not so much. The waitress took literally 15 minutes to greet us at our table. Then when I ordered an adult beverage and was carded, which as a waitress myself I normally have no problem with, my ID was questioned? Which mind you I had been here before and using my out of state, not out of date mind you, wasn't a problem. I had to provide a second form of ID, which was only my debit card. These were then taken to the manager for his approval. Was then told she didn't needy debit card. Mind you my bf wasn't carded at all. Yes I was slightly insulted.
My grandson Barry & his girlfriend Sam treated me with a belated Birthday dinner, it was delicious ty!
