Me and my family order from here 3 times a week for the past 6 years. I get my Greek salad with grilled chicken or steak tips or there amazing pizza. I love this place, the staff treat you amazingly and there always so kind and proffesional.
Good food but poor delivery service. Takes forever to get your order. (Over a hour and a half today)

I've ordered from here twice. Their customer service is terrible. However the food is really good - talking about the one time I actually got what I ordered. They're very pricey compared to other places in the area. I like the order online feature, but will never use it again. First time I ordered here I called ahead to ask what kind of tomatoes they use in their salads (I'm not a fan of cherry tomatoes) lady who answered the phone says, "um, red...?" Then yells the question back to the kitchen who say, "vine tomatoes" which is what I wanted to know. They said 15-20 for takeout, ended up being like 35-40. Second time, I ordered online close to closing time, which is 10pm according to the website. I pay online. I get a call from them saying they closed early, I explain that my card was charged already, man on the phone says "I'll have him fix it". Idk who "him" is. Call back the next day, leave a message, call again after they open and it's the same guy from the night before. Says he'll "tell the owner whenever the owner comes in, doesn't know when, hopefully by 5pm." Then puts a woman on the phone who takes my information says I'm all set. This happened Thursday, I still don't have my money back, it's Sunday.
My husband and I ordered delivery from the Winthrop St location. We waited an hour for our food and when it got here, one of our orders was missing and we had already paid for it. When we called and asked to speak to the manager, he was not helpful at all and told us that we would have to wait another hour for our salad. He didn’t offer any discount or extra food for the inconvenience. My husband took the food back to the restaurant and got a refund. We order from them often and would expect them to treat their customers a little better. We will not be ordering from them again. However, the County Street location has always been great. The food is good and the owner is very nice.
