Went with 8 other people on Sunday afternoon. Wasn't crowded, maybe 4 tables full. Took over an hour to get our food, food was cold especially the soup. We do an annual mother/daughter shopping day. Will never go there for lunch again. Very disappointed
Friendly staff with good service. Prices a little high for what you get. Some foods are very good some not so much. Been quite a few times in the past but not as good as it used to be.
Walked into the restaurant at 7:50 Wednesday 11/29/17. No one at host stand to seat you, table for 6-8 behind host stand covered in dirty dishes, floor covered in debris. Seated self in bar area, again passing tables covered in dirty dishes- the sense that it was a mistake coming here pretty apparent. Sat at table in bar for over 10 minutes looking at drink menu. 2-3 servers at bar, one polishing bottles, 2 male servers at table in corner with 2 female diners- oblivious to what was going on around them. My husband wanted to wait to see how much longer we would be ignored, I said let's leave and go to Ono’s down the street. Walked into Ono’s, host sat us in 1 minute, server at table in 2 minutes, drinks on table in 5, food on table in 10. This is how to run an establishment that brings people back. The restroom at Friday’s was clean, the 3 foot long roll of paper towels that came out of the machine surprising.
Ordered food online, waited in store for 45 minutes after the estimated pick up, hostess was apologetic and said the they always had problems with the kitchen and they were waiting on my appetizer. After 45 minutes the bag came out and the burgers were cold and my appetizer missing. They ran to the kitchen and apologized for forgetting to put it in my bag. The manager Dylan came over and was very helpful and apologized for wait and offered to remake everything himself so it was all hot. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I finally left with a hot meal.... Food was good but not waiting 1 hour and 20 min good, do yourself a favir and go somewhere else if you want to eat the same night you get there.
My family and I went there tonight..... Wow first problem 2 other families were waiting for service when we stepped in, I could see at least 10 tables ready for seating. We waited for 10 minutes before the family before us were seated, not much longer we we assisted to a booth. Once seated I noticed the taste of the air, and I'm a smoker! It was gross, pungent and unbearable. So I waited and figured it was me. Finally I mentioned it to my wife and she was like OMG I thought it was just me! So we left.. i can't speak for the food but holy hell was that place awful.... So bad that we decided to leave and find a new place to eat. I don't want to pay for poor service and the smell of a dirty drain pipe directly under my nose. Guess I will never go back there again..
