They had horrible service, the food was cold, the manager Britney was rude and unprofessional and it took two and a half hours for delivery. I ordered over the phone and mentioned 3 times I was ordering for delivery and not picking up and gave them my address. They confirmed the amount INCLUDING delivery fee. After an hour of waiting I called back to inquire about the delay. Considering we only ordered wings, a salad, and fries it seemed odd that we needed to wait so long. The woman said that they accidently put it in as pick up order, even though they asked for our address and charged us a delivery fee. So another 30 minutes later our order came and it was completely wrong. The poor driver was put in the middle and when he called the manager to clarify, she was rude and unprofessional to him and us as customers. No apologies, nothing. So when they finally sent us the correct order 2.5 hours later (I called at 6 and it arrived at 8:35) I was upset to find out all they had to offer was 20% off our next order. That doesn't help us much, considering I don't plan on ordering again...AND they didn't give us a 20% off coupon to be true to their word. It's a shame too because I have been a long time customer of PieZoni's. Overall a terrible experience.
