There is only 1 bathroom key for both men and woman's restrooms. You have to use key to unlock and lock doors (use 6 times for 1 bathroom run). A little annoying.
To renew a license i was called almost instantly.
Though very crowded the day I was there they were very efficient and the wait time was not bad. The person I spoke with and processed my registration was very nice and made the process easy.
Not sure if I liked it or not. Honestly it's the RMV, who would be happy unless you are a teen-ager getting your first license
Full service. Yes it is busy, but there are times to go and times not to go. The one in Attleboro rarely has any wait at all, but it is not full service. I renewed my license and took my motorcycle permit test in Attleboro, but they don't do registrations. I never waited very long in Taunton and the people there have always been friendly to me.
Don't go end of month!!!!!!!!!!3 hours to check in! Wait time online said 7 minutes, what a joke. They only have ONE person checking in hundreds of people. Oh and by the way, they're all miserable people, who seem to enjoy chit chatting before calling next customer while waiting room is full.
So far the staff have all been friendly. I compliment how the front desk lady handled a man who came in already irritable about an experience at another RMV.
The wait is comparably less than Brockton RMV. I waited 35 minutes in Taunton to transfer registration whereas in Brockton I waited 4-5 hours for the same thing. I went around the same time each for each visit (1pm).
The main waiting area is a little small but they have a nice wide open additional room almost hidden.
