Horrible trying to connect, Always on hold for at least 45 minutes. After a couple of days, I'll end up writing and mailing information to them. Each time it seems to get lost. I too sent in the required information as requested back in April. I got a notice in the mail on Friday, June 26, 2019, saying they never received anything, This isn't the first time. Sent with my husband's information, which was excepted and recorded. Called and surprised only a short wait (8 min.) But then transferred twice, having to wait all over again. Finally, speak with a woman what seemed to have a German accent. Really difficult time hearing and understanding her. After going back and forth and not getting anywhere, I apologized and told her I was not trying to be rude, but could I please speak with someone else? No response. Suddenly back on recorded menu from the first initial call. Then disconnected. So f-ing frustrating!!!
I have been trying for 2 wks. to talk to someone! It is renewal time for snap. I sent in app. and verification's. I received a recorded msg. on my phone and a letter of "reminder" a week and half after I sent it. I have tried to call the assistance line, to double check if they received my paperwork. Its absolutely impossible to talk to someone! It doesn't even give you the option to hold. It says all reps are busy .. call back! Crazy! Over 25 times I have called and same thing! Then I tried online (my accounts page) to find out if my paperwork was being processed and it is obviously not update daily as it says! Watch they will end up shutting me off and telling me they never received my paperwork! Beyond frustrated! Tried local no.s and the Taunton office and it just rings and rings then hangs up! WHAT is going on?????? HELP!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
I know dta has been on the news before in regards to lack of loyalty and work for people other then there own family members. But this is insanity no one should be calling for a week and the same message keeps replaying.
I have been calling for a week in a half now 2 -3 times a day and the same recording comes up, ( all of the staff memebers are buisy) everyday for a week now? Something is going on over there like the lines are being turned off. It should never take this long to get a hold of a state goverment orginization unless the staff there arent doing there job properly, someone needs to look deeper into this
COME ON GUYS WHATS GOING ON IN THAT OFFICE YOUR SO BUISY ALL THE TIME , EVERY MIN OF EVERY HOUR OF EVERYDAY FOR TWO WEEKS NOW !!!!!!
The down fall is the call waiting is to damn long about an 1 hr.
This was a first, not put on hold and problem was solved immediately.
Terrible! Have to wait hours on phone! Day after day!!!
They tell you to download the app DTA CONNECT and send the documents there that it gets there faster or to fax it out. Or go to the their website and register. The app works I send a document it got there in 2 days. It shows everything you send them if your case is open or close and what documents you need to send out to them.
