He's the best, he saved my life!
I called this office and spoke first with the medical assistant who was completely unprofessional and rude. She answered all my questions with a snobby attitude. I was expecting to speak with someone more polite since she is the first person who answers the phone. She was the first impression i got from this office I after a short conversation I will not be calling back for anything else. Can't believe someone could be so rude to someone they don't even know!
When I read the reviews I worried if I was going to get great service and care. The girls at the reception desk we're friendly and fun. My nurse was also very nice and engaged with me about football and the Patriots. Finally Dr Chilazi was such a nice man and a fantastic cardiologist. I can't imagine who would rate this pracitce less than 5 star.
Dr. Chilazi is the rudest unprofessional doctor. Who treated my 80 year old mother very disrespectful! This man should not be in practice. Elderly abuse should not be accepted.
I bring two different clients here to this doctor and we wait a tremendous amount of time! The waiting room is always extremely full to the point that elderly patients are standing in the hallway. The wait time is awful. And when you go up to ask them how long the rude ladies give you attitudes.
