Since my initial post, I have been dropped from practice due to judgement and illegal left without provider of care which is against ethical medical practice.
Angels neurology specializes in specific care, demonstrates knowledge, individual consideration of patient need and preference and is able to balance care with such to provide the patient with good care and solutions while decreasing the likelihood of devastating side effects. They attempt to work with the totality of the person while remaining straightforward and acting with informed wisdom.
This place is a complete joke. The doctors are terrible. The staff is a joke (except for PA, a younger Asian woman who was nice enough - everyone else is rude and fake), and the receptionists - when you call to make or schedule an appointment - are completely incompetent... and of course rude as hell to top it off. Can't recommend NOT going here any higher. If you get referred here, immediately go elsewhere!
WARNING: IF your a moron this is the place for you , if you care about your health these people are as stupid as stupid can be the staff there are the equivalent to a group of DOWN SYNDROME MONKEYS. I READ the reviews of this place before and saw the good and the bad ones lol THE BAD ONES ARE RIGHT. NEEDS TO BE AN OPTION TO GIVE MINUS 5 STARS
I am a present patient of Angels. I can only say my personal experience has been a pleasant one from my first exam to my follow up visits. From the doctor to the NPs who continued with my care they have been & are professional, answer all my questions, I have never felt rushed from my exam and have handled all of my refills immediately for medications. I had no hesitation in recommending them.
Needless to say, I will NEVER deal with Angels Neurological ever again. I will travel before I will go down the street to see them!
I finally returned their call today only to be told that they had just received my referral last week (funny, since back in February, they confirmed that they had received it).
I was referred to Angels Neurological in Taunton, Ma on February 3, 2017. After a few weeks of not hearing from them, I confirmed with my physician that the referral had been sent, it had. I even called Angels to confirm and was told that someone would get back to me to set up a consultation.
Completely Unacceptable as well as Unprofessional quality of service!!
Interestingly enough, even my physician and her staff were NOT the least bit surprised that this happened. I was told that Angels is know for this type of service.
Fast forward to August 24, 2017 (yes! 6½ months later), I received a call from Angels to set up my consultation. Angels has called me every other day trying to set something up.
