Whoever is driving the bus through East Springfield right now almost ran me off the road. They took a turn in one lane, and ended up in another. No signal, just irresponsible driving. If I hadn't slammed on my brakes, my little Elantra and I would have been demolished. Train your drivers better.
Commuter bus is always freezing cold, asked the bus driver if they can turn the AC down (not off, but just down) because when leaving taunton at 5:15 in the AM the temp outside is really low. The bus driver said NO, some people really like the cold weather so now that I know that you don't like it I will turn it up higher tomorrow. Like really??? That's really poor customer service, especially since I don't typically say anything other than morning greetings and thank you.
My girlfriend got lost and they left us behinde I beg them to stay until I found her but they left. DO NOT USE THIS BUS COMPANY
