Many items are not price marked. This slows the buying process down. Staff are not plentiful. Takes forever to get service.
Large store. Independent entrance. Usually clean and organized. Hard to find an employee for assistance.
Computers are slow as anything. Prices are very high compared to online.
May be the only good store left at the Silver City Galleria. Almost always has what you need with regards to sporting products. You won't always find top of the line stuff, but prices are usually fair and sometimes clearance racks have a bargain find.
Good selection of sporting goods and apparel. The staff know what they're talking about. Most of it is pricey but if sports is really your thing then this place is recommended.
I should have the ability to give a negative star but I gave them one for being open. It took me 1 Hours and 25 minutes to purchase a Co2 canister and to get both of them filled. They have one person in the Lodge section so if someone is purchasing a gun or anything that takes time, they do not have the ability to call another associate who could help out.......you know........like any other store in the country would do. Absolutely pathetic management and store processes. I watched 3 customers leave while I waited. It took the associate 25 minutes to actually fill the canisters once he finally got to me. Keep in mind that I am talking about the little canisters for a paint ball gun. I didn't realize that this was a scientific process.
