Was aiiight, pizza isn't what I remembered. Frozen pasta, but great service.
My husband and our 3 children had lunch this afternoon at this Taunton location. 2 tables sat in the restaraunt, 8 wait staff including a manager all sitting in the back section socializing. Our original waitress didn't deliver our food, another one did and was nice got us what we needed, she then proceeded to hang out with all the other wait staff. No one ever came back to ask how our food was or offer refills on drinks which were needed. My husband went up to the bar to get a water refill and made the comment that we weren't getting service. Nothing changed. We were done and still all the wait staff were hanging out doing nothing. My husband got up and yelled to all of them can someone here get us our check. Manager as well as our original waitress got up and the manager asked whose table was it and she said her. Manager came over and asked what was going on, we have him our complaint and he condridicted himself by saying yeah we're over staffed and it's slow we only have two tables in here. I went on to state that's the point it's not busy in here and people come out to eat to get good service. He was rude and didn't even apologize. As a manager your job is to make the customer feel heard, etc even if you don't agree. He obviously isn't great at his job. Absolutely horrible! I've been in the industry for 13 years, and I'm just appalled at how this restaraunt manager handled the situation. We won't be back to this location.
Had no waitress for almost 15 minutes after being seated, waited another almost 15 minutes for my beer. I counted 8 waiter/waitress types looking busy around us, counting tips etc, even though it was less than 50% filled with customers. Food was ok and the server was pleasant so 3 stars is it.
Talked to Cynthia (training on the bar, great attitude and work ethic), she's going to be a great addition to the bar staff! Pizza looks amazing. The manager was pretty awesome to talk to as well.
