Employees misleading customers. I had left my bed set to be cleaned on friday, I have the receipt in my hand stating to come back the next day (saturday) at 5pm, I arrived at 4:15pm saturday only to find a staff member locking the doors stating that they close at 4pm on saturdays and said they are open every day until 6pm except for saturday at 4pm. I went back today (sunday) only to find the store closed all day. I will never come back to this establishment again. Poor, misleading customer service. 0/5 stars.
I hate this place!!!!!! They told me they would call when my fiancé' suits where done and they never did! When he went to complain they said they should have never told me that. They never gave me a slip with the date to pick up the suits! Plus there were three people there when I dropped the suits off one of them should have corrected the woman who took my suits! They made him pay for it in full as well!
