Best Aaron's ever!!!
I am very unhappy about the way I was treated today from a worker named Dave. He usually is very pleasant, but today he had me leaving in tears over a disagreement. He got very loud and was telling me I am a lair. I like to cheat the system to get something for free or my way. Three months ago he told me something totally different and he was going to help me with an issue I was having about the washer I purchased. Now he says its all my fault and he isn't going to help me. I was trying to make a partial payment and get an extension for the remainder which we discussed the day before. At the end I was in tears because of the things he was calling and saying to me. His co-worker Mark even asked him several times to stop then proceeded to stop Dave from belittling me anymore than he already has. Dave stopped to finish the customer Mark was dealing with and Mark started to help me. And then Dave started yelling again and belittle me even more. I walked out and called to get the customer service number, which Dave said I was going to fabricate a story to get my way and I was going to lie about what happened. Mark put me on hold and Dave got on the phone and started again harassing me again about how I was going to fabricate a story and lie again. I do not appreciate any of this and should I not be having to deal with a person like this in a customer service roll.
Been leasing with this Aaron's since 2011 and i have never had a problem or an issue with customer service,staff, leasing,or any issues i may have had with a product was taken care of immediately. Lisa is a great store manager and works with you to ensure satisfaction of not only her store and staff but the products we are leasing.
I love how good the customer service is. I've always been treated courteous. Im a preferred customer.
