I went to this store when I was visiting America and the workers there were very rude to my friend and I. My friend asked for a pen and the worker there gave him a weird look, very rude and very disappointing.

Highly disappointed. I drove about 45 minutes to come pick up a funko pop. I asked if they had it in stock and they did. They said they would hold it for me. I had called to double check before I made the drive over only to find out they "miss counted." How do you miss count if everyone else's you put on hold got a sticky note and was moved to the back? Thanks for wasting my time.
I walked in the store at 8:57pm, grabbed my merchandise and was ready to pay when I was told that the store was closed and they wouldn't take my business, in a very awkward and non delicate way. Never again
