I was first in line then had 3 people get helped in front of me causing me to wait 20 minutes in line. There was one guy doing everything himself, very overwhelmed, and trying as hard as he could while 3 visible coworkers were ON THEIR CELLPHONES.
Overall, I implore this company to find new management if they want this place to survive. So much potential... such a pity.
Great place for the whole family to enjoy. Keeps my son busy with the wide selection of age appropriate games for him. We always have a blast! Highly recommend coming here. Returning customer :) Super friendly staff and reasonably ticket priced prizes.
There's a full bar and they sell beer. Nice casual place to shoot around with some friends. Don't expect any competition.
The house cues are warped more often than not but the balls are cleaned and kept up to par well enough. Bring your own cues if you're that kind of player.
The manager eventually came over and when I brought up waiting in line so long she said nothing and walked away. What a joke.
Come from 10AM-4PM Monday through Friday for $6 an hour for table, otherwise it's $10-14 which, if you play pool you'll know, is a little steep.
Variety of video games is best Ive seen anywhere! Bowling karaoke and billiards are a nice complement.
Lots of games. Almost all are in order. Kids place is a nice setup. Outside entrance gives another option. Fun way to spend a night or kill an hour. Prizes are as one expects.
The supervisor, Noah, was at least helpful when I needed a refund because the karaoke booth wasn't set up properly and it took at 20 minutes just to get it working.
I wish I could give this place a better review but the customer service is SO HORRIBLE. The layout and amenities are great but its managed so horribly.
I only come here to play pool with my friends. The tables are new, Brunswick tournament tables. The only downside is that they don't take very good care of them. Two or three are out of service with broken ball return tracks underneath. The staff aren't trained well on how to clean them with the brushes and I've seen a staff member spray water from a spray bottle onto the cloth to remove a chalk mark. Unacceptable.
