The store could be more of a one stop shop if they sold more things with smaller sizes, not all bulk. Some things like tissues have smaller/less bulk which is good. Prices are competitive. Quality is A+. Recommended if you need things in bulk that are high quality and cheap.
We will no longer frequent the Taunton store because of poor customer service and never enough cashiers ( this was experienced over several months). The last visit they only had was one cashier with a long line and a long line for self checkout. I resent having to check my purchases out for two reasons, first I believe it's a cost cutting measure that takes a job away from a deserving individual and secondly I've worked hard to earn my money, shouldn't have to work hard to spend it. Customer service was not helpful in trying to find items that I had been looking for. Will be going to Costco or another BJ's...so done with Taunton

People who work there were super friendly and helpful!! Only downside is the lack of flavor varieties. But the prices are terrific! Especially when you take advantage of the coupons!
